In short, this feels really soon for the team to be wrapping up after their third or fourth mission. There's no sense of emotion evoked from the reader due to the short tenure, the sight of the imminent danger coming up, and knowing we're going to be seeing this team gather again. Read Full Review

This issue is bloated, rushing to tie a lot of loose ends together. Christian Ward's art is still very good but after that wonderful first arc, The Ultimates has been one of the most underwhelming comics of the year. Read Full Review

I'm normally a huge fan of Christian Ward's art, but he was wasted on this issue. Not enough going on for him to work his magic unfortunately. Not his fault, but disappointing nonetheless.

My favorite book has come to an end with some sub-par art. God I miss Kenneth. Why couldn't we get Kenneth to close the story? Without Rocafort I will not be moving on to ultimates 2 :(
