Thor #30 continues where the last issue left off with Thor and Runa seeing a glimpse into the past of Bor and Thanos having their own epic showdown. The comic keeps providing quick glimpses of cool moments like this that have more engaging things going on than the present story. However, there are still some fun things in the comic where Nic Klein's art gets to take over. There's also a surprise reveal at the end of the comic hinting at another popular Marvel supervillain showing up in this series. Read Full Review

The parallel narration gets a bit dense, but there's lots of good stuff going on here. The art's fantastic; very expressive and imaginative. Content-wise, this issue strikes a nice balance between developing the plot and characters and ratcheting up the tension with strong foreshadowing.

The book had some great art. The book had some good moments of mystery. I'm intrigued by the end. There was just not enough for me to call it great.

Killer art from Nic Klein, as per usual. This issue was solid for the most part, but kicked up towards the end during the confrontation between Thor and Glaive. Intrigued to see what's up with the "lightning wolves" at the end. As for the final page, I'm very excited to see how this Doom & Thor story unfolds!
