  I had my worries about a project that purported to stay so close to its source material. Fortunately, The Stand: Captain Trips has assuaged my fears at every turn. It doesn't reinvent the wheel. It merely takes one of the better sci-fi horror novels ever written and does it full justice in a new medium. What more could you ask for? Read Full Review
