May 13, 2010In every one of my reviews of The Marvels Project I've remarked how difficult it is to judge this series on an issue by issue basis. It was created to sit as a whole on fans' shelves and stand as the definitive history of the Marvel Universe for the next generation. May 18, 2010The Marvels Project #8 was a great end to what will go down as the definitive look at the Marvel Universes history. Brubaker and Epting put on a clinic on how to do past stories right. In eight issues Brubaker and Epting were able to tell one complete story of the Marvel Universes history and giving it a real world feel. The whole series acts as one big history lesson while also planting a few seeds for characters to pop-up again in future stories. Read Full Review

May 13, 2010The end of the issue offers some hint of future stories springing out of this series and I look forward to that. The best parts of "The Marvels Project" have been when Brubaker has used the bare bones of these characters to craft new stories.
