Rainbow Rowell and Andres Genolet have quickly established Sensational She-Hulk as Marvel's best title right now. Sensational She-Hulk #2 confirms that being a fact with an incredibly layered story with Hulk. This added more to the relationship shared by the Hulk cousins. Sensational She-Hulk #2 leans so hard into the slice-of-life model that there's nothing in this issue resembling a plot, direction, message, or point. You'll probably get more entertainment and less strain on your wallet by going to the mall and watching people walk by. Read Full Review

I've been waiting for the Booth shoe to drop for a whole year, and it's pretty enjoyable when it does. The script and the art build up to a terrific Hulk-fight--but the creators run out of pages before they can bring it to a conclusion. The overall shortage of content is what holds this a little shy of greatness in my opinion. (That, and the fact that the author shows little recap mercy for readers who might have forgotten the Booths.)

Here's the thing about this issue. The main story on its own would make this issue get a solid 8/10 from me. However, I just did not care at all about the backup. I don't really know what the point of it was, and it just hinders my feelings towards this issue as a whole. Hopefully this series either drops having a backup story or the backups get better if Marvel decides to keep them on.
