    In the golden age of the fill-in artist,Walsh's tireless effort to pencil and ink every issue of Secret Avengers impress me every time. His work brings the inventive paneling of David Aja into his own gritty, cosmically animated style. And if you still aren't at least a little curious about the Secret Avengers #9, there's an inter-dimensional whale and Monty python references. That should tickle your fancy. Read Full Review

    The BadWhat has M.O.D.O.K. done? It seemed he was actually defecting to S.H.I.E.L.D. but recent revelations have shown he's been the cause of the team's problems. But then again, maybe he's not as bad as it seems. Ales Kot is giving us a lot of different plotlines and showing different layers to the characters. Michael Walsh's art and Matthew Wilson's colors are like candy for my eyes. It would be nice to have the team come together once again since this is a team book. But with all the different crazy situations happening, you can't help but be hooked. SECRET AVENGERS delivers a great mix of intrigue, suspense, action, humor, and M.O.D.O.K.     All of Ales Kot's plot threads start to come back together in Secret Avengers #9, and while there isn't a tremendous amount of progression in this issue, everything feels like it's ready to spring into action. Read Full Review

    Art is truly amazing, especially on the last page. I'm starting to really like Snapper. The story is all starting to come together, although Modok and the Shaman at the end was so confusing. Should've read this years ago
