  (Cover Date: February, 1988) Summary: The Mecozzi crime family is suspected of killing the Rosetti garbage men outside of the warehorse where Frank is living as a move to take over the waste control business. The trail leads to a toxic waste dump where the Mecozzi mobsters are involved in selling plutonium to Arabs to make a bomb. Frank is in a firefight with the mobsters when an armed force from the Rosettis arrives.
