The Weekly Crisis - Ryan Schrodt

    Aug 28, 2009

The next phase of this amazing series begins here and it kicks off with style. The issue is simply awesome on all levels and should not be missed. Of course, you should've been reading the series before this issue anyway, but if you haven't jumped on the Nova bandwagon yet, this issue is just one more reason to. Read Full Review

Probably the best issue of Nova this year, which is saying a lot considering how good this book typically is. Strong from start to finish. Highly recommended. Read Full Review

It’s a treat to watch the character of Richard Rider continue to grow as both a hero and a leader as the series carries on and an additional treat to see each of the members of the Nova Corps do the same. Comic Book Resources - Greg McElhatton

If you're like me and only just wandered into Marvel's space titles via "War of Kings," I think "Nova" is the book to tide you over for the time being. It's fun and has that same sort of punch that "War of Kings" did, with just the right mix of normalcy and weirdness. Congratulations, Abnett and Lanning, you just picked up another reader.
