This morning, at the New York Public Library, a child with the ability to turn anything he imagines into reality has begun to read Carol's sci-fi epic "Binary," based loosely on her own life amongst the stars. Within minutes, the library is overrun with visions from Carol's book and soon all of New York City is threatened!

Feb 09, 2007I think Ms. Marvel is better suited to stories where she has to battle her own personal demons and has to cope with her commitment to her super hero lifestyle rather than battling these cosmic threats. That said, she certainly held her own against the Brood, and thats no small feat. Read Full Review

This was pretty good, not the best of the run but Reed does really good with his dialogue. Like for me a writer is great when as I'm reading I hear unique voices for each character even ones I'm not familiar with because of how well and thought out the writing is. So this kid Gavin has the ability to alter reality just by reading words of a book. He does this by reading one of Carol's books about her time as Binary and accidentally almost destroys reality but with the help of Carol she guides him to use his imagination instead to get them out of the situation. This works out but Carol comes to the realization that she might have made a monster because now Gavin can manipulate reality without the use of written words. Sending her back more
