Comics Bulletin - Kevin Powers
Sep 09, 2008This has been my favorite tie-in and story involving "Secret Invasion," and I absolutely love this character and this series. Reed keeps this issue from being an all-out, mindless battle by allowing the reader to get personal with Ms. Marvel and watch as she strategizes the battle. Reed also keeps me locked in by planting seeds for the next story-arc, and this issue offers up some of the best art you will find. Read Full Review

Sep 12, 2008Had this tie-in been set to go on for another month, I would have mentioned that things were dangerously close to becoming stale. Instead, I get to say that the "Battle of Manhattan" has been one of the best Invasion tie-ins, and it does a nice job of setting Ms. Marvel up for the future. Read Full Review

What a ride, that was like watching Batman v Superman when they had to go up against Doomsday except in this it was a Super Skrull against Ms. Marvel.
