Miles Morales: Spider-Man #3 continues to exceed every expectation I have. The story is emotional, impactful, and keeps you on the edge of your seat with an excellent build up from Miles. If you haven’t checked out this run, there’s no time like the present! Make sure it’s on your pull list! Read Full Review

Miles Morales #3 is a good issue to pause and gear up for the end of the arc. Not much action, but solid character writing keeps it engaging. Read Full Review

While it is a fun read, Revenant doesn’t come off as the archenemy for Miles that this series is trying really hard to sell. It looks great, though, and I want to see him get with Valentina. He definitely needs someone like her by his side. Read Full Review

This. This right here is why I had so much faith in Bryan Hill’s writing when it was announced he was going to hold the pen for the next step in Miles’ mythos.
Great character writing and I’m honestly starting to sympathize with Revenant in the same way Miles is likely starting to.

And as per usual the art is incredible thanks to Nico Leon and Bryan Valenza. “Cinematic” might be thrown around a bit too much these days in other media but the panels and shots comic out of this book definitely does the word justice.
