After Aunt May's purse is pick-pocketed by one of the vigilante Young Watchers, Peter suspects that the group is not what it appears to be. After initial resistance, he is joined by the Falcon into monitoring the group when his nephew expresses his doubts about their altruistic motivations. When Falcon's nephew goes missing, Spidey & the Falcon discover who the man is behind the group. (Cover date: February, 1982)
