(Cover Date: September, 1987) Summary: IM demolishes some old dilapidated buildings for an urban renewal project. At the new Stark Enterprises building, Tony find that Mrs. Arbogast has returned to her former job as office manager. Rhodey returns to his condo to find Marcy Pearson, a fellow employee he has been dating, waiting for him. Tony is holding a housewarming party in the evening. While Tony is flying to the party as IM, he removes a burning fuel truck & delivers a pregnant woman to the hospital. IM then provides aid during a mudslide & rescues a cat from a tree. Tony finally makes it to the party to find that most people have left. He meets a female party crasher who wants to be an actress & was hoping to meet the right people. more
