After Hulk enters a missile silo base and is attacked by jet fighters, Hulk and Banner are separated with Banner gaining the Captain Universe powers. Thinking the US has been attacked, a nuclear missile is launched. Banner must try to stop the missile while the Hulk is trying to destroy him because of his hatred for him. (Cover date: August, 1981)
