Sep 29, 20101 Month 2 Live is one of the most human stories that Marvel has published in a long time. Even though the protagonist was given superpowers and rubbed elbows with the likes of Spider-Man, Wolverine, the Fantastic Four and the Avengers, the series never lost touch of what its true goal was – thematically or pertaining to the character's journey. What we have here is a story of life and death, and what it means to be a hero, and even though Dennis Sykes was only given five issues to save the galaxy and make right with his family, I'm glad Marvel decided to give us something different with this touching story.
