Dec 30, 2016This new Ghost Rider series is starting right off the bat getting Robbie Reyes into the larger Marvel Universe. With The Hulk and Wolverine already making appearances Robbie Reyes is becoming a house hold name (being featured on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D doesn't hurt either). Felipe Smith continues to do a fantastic job with this new iteration of Ghost Rider by giving him some great emotional depth. With some dynamic art work thrown in the mix and a fun comic book super hero team up coming our way, you should definitely jump in the "Hell Charger" and go for a ride with Ghost Rider #2. Weird Science - Dan Mayhoff
Jan 02, 2017Despite a strong start, Ghost Rider has hit a bump with its second issue. Instead of focusing on Robbie Reyes and his struggle with Eli Morrow, we get a weird team-up between The Hulk and Wolverine who despite allowing a creature that could destroy a city get away have time to provide comedic relief and Amadeus tries and fails to hit on Laura. This comic was weird and felt completely different from the first issue and frankly, didn't make a lot of sense. At the very least, we got an incredible cliffhanger that has me really excited for the next issue but this issue was not enjoyable. Read Full Review

That may be the worst I've ever seen X-23 written, and I've now suffered through a Bendis/Hopeless 1-2 punch on All-New X-Men. And apparently the writer had no idea that Amadeus Cho and Laura already know each other (she kicked him in the balls during Fear Itself).

I don't understand if this Ghost Rider was that bad so you needed Amadeus Cho and X-23 to sell his comics or it's them who needed some advertisement. I guess it's the latter, because to really boost sales of any character you need Spider-man on the cover, definitely not dumbass Hulk wannabe. Man, I don't know, this comic is lackluster.
