Nerd Initiative - Lauren The Hoppy Geek
Sep 23, 2026This issue took an unexpected turn. While Laura has not given up on the original storyline, she’s clearly not going to give up on the new series of events that has just unfolded as well. While this issue was not action-packed (there was still action), it was absolutely fantastic. The moment with Logan and Laura at the end was just such a perfect moment, and felt so real. While jokes are made throughout, and Gabby keeps every scene light-hearted and comical, this story gets darker every issue, and this one is way darker than it seems.
