Quick Review: Deadly Hands of K’un-Lun #4 (NO SPOILERS)
GOOD
- Danny Rand and Pei’s reunion is easily the emotional highlight of the issue
- Danny returning with the Immortal Weapons was awesome
- Paco Medina’s artwork is much stronger here than previous issues
- Main cover by Leinil Yu and variant cover by Leo Chiola are fantastic
MIXED
- The reunion with Pei was nice, but if Lin Lie had been a student to Danny for a while, shouldn't they have had a moment, too?
- Shou-Lao is talking again, but only Lin Lie can hear him talk...again; it's so weird that he does this when he's never spoken to anyone verbally ever, not even Pei with Gork
- Lin Lie's transformation harkens back to Danny in the Livi more+ Like • Comment -
