Overall this was another great issue for the Champions. Their world has been turned upside down. We're seeing how they cope and find the strength to go on. Waid still doesn't miss a beat and keeps the book flowing. And in this day and age where consistency seems to be an endangered species, Champions always comes off as a refreshing read. One prominent comic book creator on Twitter recently argued that Marvel's heroes are no longer allowed to fail. Champions #11 makes that statement a lie. Because the heroes not only fail in this Secret Empire tie-in, they are broken by that failure. Read Full Review
