This issue lacks any truly groundbreaking Cap material, and the paper quality is abnormally flimsy. Still, considering it offers almost 100 pages of completely original content for $5, it's hard to complain about the value. The series is no stranger to anniversary specials and celebrations at this point. This just happens to be the most comprehensive and densely packed of the bunch. Read Full Review
