    The bad news is, "Messiah War" didn't leave Cable feeling any more significant, or switch up its sometimes formulaic premise. The good news, though, is that the crossover didn't strip the title of its strong point in Hope, and Swierczynski seems to have a great handle on the character. Cable #16, then, is a case of "if you liked it before, you'll like it now." Read Full Review

    I'm hoping this is the start of a genuine change for "Cable," because the current status quo is getting slightly stale. Hopefully Swierczynski isn't just faking us out. If it's the real deal, I'm going to be pleased. We'll see in a few months if it all pays out or not. Read Full Review
