This issue continues the series' established standard: sharp art, good pacing, good scene structure, decent dialogue, and a plot that asks you not to look too close. If you do, you start seeing the plot holes and clichés. But with a broader focus, the style and speed easily overcome the limitations.

It's just not working. This book doesn't know what it's trying to do. Too much time in flashbacks and too scattered in the present. A book about Widow/Clint nostalgia? Sure. A book about fighting bad guys and an assassination plot? Sure. A book about Clint dealing with the symbiote? Okay. But it would take a really good writer to do all three of those things in 4 issues, and this is not coming together.
