Comicosity - Aaron Long
Jun 04, 2014Spencer and Caselli are on fire and Avengers World is one of the strongest and most consistent titles coming from Marvel. Issue #7 adds some very interesting elements to the overall story and Marvel U as a whole and I am very excited to see where this book is going. The quality of this title rivals Hickman's Avengers, and this issue is a must read for anyone who is interested at looking at the Marvel Universe as a whole rather than pieces. Read Full Review

Jun 04, 2014"Avengers World" #7 is a book with an apt title. It has a great global mandate, and seeing it touch in with all parts of the shared universe is fun. But hopefully, the title doesn't also mean that that it will take a full year for "Avengers World" to complete something. I'd prefer the title to wrap things up before the planet moves entirely around the sun. Any chance of at least one thread to get tied off soon, please? Read Full Review

I never much cared for Falcon, and only a little more now, but this issue made good use of him. Some interesting developments this issue, with a lot of potential. I'm looking forward to seeing what comes of the Ascendants.

It's good to see the return infinity Stefano Caselli and the mention of SPEAR. SPEAR was first referenced in Jonathan Hickman's SHIELD series but I believe this is its first appearance

This Avengers book feel a little directionless, but the story itself was decent.

It is cool to see SPEAR, but aside from that, this issue felt slightly lacking. Which is surprising, since I really enjoyed Nick Spencer's Captain America run. But it is what it is.
