    (Cover Date: June, 1970) Summary: Cornelius Van Lunt manipulates the Avengers into working for him by threatening to take over Stark Industries, thereby forcing Tony to ask for back rent on their mansion. Tired of the Avengers' interference in their money thefts, Kronus & his gang set a trap to kill the Avengers & to make it appear as if Van Lunt is responsible.
