(Cover Date: September, 1987) Summary: Captain Marvel destroys Plutos weapons. The Avengers fight against Pluto's Unliving Legions. Thor fills the gap in the Pathway of Infinity with the gigantic rock that Pluto meant to crush the Avengers with. The Avengers cross the dimensional doorway into Olympus. There, they meet the stranger who shows them what the gods are doing. Namor goes to his old ally, Aphrodite, to seek her help. In the foundry of Hephaestus, Thor retrieves his hammer from him. They are attacked by Hepaestus' golden women automatons. The Avengers save Hephaestus & Athena from molten metal spilled from a giant crucible broken during the fighting. Namor brings in Aphrodite, & the Avengers convince the three Greek gods more
