Annihilation 2099 #3 is a visually stunning and action-packed thrill ride. The introduction of the Red Hulk injects new energy into the narrative, but the lack of explanation and focus on other characters hold the story back from its full potential. Fans of cosmic adventures and unexpected twists will enjoy this issue.  However, readers seeking deeper character development and a more complete narrative arc might want to wait for future issues to see where the Red Hulk's story goes.
