(Cover Date: October, 1969) Summary: The Torch interferes in Spidey's fight with the Lizard. Spidey does not want the Lizard harmed as he promised Mrs. Connors. Spidey tricks the Torch into leaving by telling him he picked up a FF distress call. Spidey uses a dehydrating powder from a warehouse to weaken the Lizard & cause him to change back to Curt Connors.
