  (Cover Date: November, 1987) Summary: Gary Cody's portaputer synthesizes visuals from the data captured by his raider disk off of AF's Alphanex computer. Mac tests his prototype cybersuit. Wolverine tells Mac that he is leaving Department H. Mac gathers the original members of Alpha, Beta & Gamma Flights. Cody feels that if the current Alpha Flight turns against humanity that they would defenseless. He goes back to a time before Logan left & AF was formed. Mac shows Logan a man, a convict, wrapped in bandages who has latent powers. Mac wants to turn him into a hero. Further data on Mac's experiment was erased, but the raider disk did have information on a secret location. Cody finds a cocoon inside & thinks that such beings might be used to control Alpha Flight, if necessary. Meanwhile, the members of Alpha Flight relax outside their HQ on Tamarind Island. The cocoon is shown opened now, & Cody is leaning against the wall, perhaps either dead or in shock. A machine in the room activates, sending a phone message to Logan at the X-Mansion that Bedlam is free. more
