When shy, self-conscious Sakura Akutsu and total opposite Tsubame Hiragi-the outgoing, super self-confident transfer student-meet, they put their creative forces together to start a school drama club and even manage to recruit an experienced actor to their growing troupe. But as soon as this fledgling playwright and thespian sit in on rehearsals for a professional production, they are forced to realize their talents might actually tear them apart.
