Vinyl #2

I said last month that I couldn't wait for the next issue. And it was well worth the wait! Another fantastic issue from Doug Wagner and the team. Such a well written story which peaks your interest with the turn of every page and when you add in the fantastic visuals of Daniel Hillyard and the eye catching palette of Dave Stewart, you know you are in a for a treat. I'm really starting to dig this series. It is creepy, unsettling, and down right graphic. Wagner's writing is great and the art is amazing too. It looks so normal, then hits you with all this violent graphic imagery. I can't wait to see what issue three brings to the table.

I think I may be starting to regret my decision to read this series. I feel like there is a whole lot of backstory that I'm missing out on. It's detrimental. I can't figure out whether this is a sequel to something or not. It's fun, in a schlock kind of way, but I'm not really sure if I want to read more.
