  IXth Generation #4 may have taken a while to come out, but boy was the wait worth it. Having suspenseful action, as well as some tense developments, this issue was a brilliant conclusion to the first arc, leaving this reader eager for the next.   There's definitely a steep learning curve to Top Cow's IX Generation series, which puts an almost Legion of Superheroes spin on their sprawling Cyberforce and Artifacts mythologies.
