Nov 03, 2017Elsewhere #4 brings the series' first arc to a gripping conclusion. Delivering yet another fast paced narrative, the creative team explore more of Korvath's history. In doing so they provide us with more than a few surprising twists, with the tension and drama being simply enthralling. They also continue to expand on Amelia as a character, with there still being an enticingly awkward nature to her quest. Read Full Review

Weird Science - Andrew McAvoy
Nov 04, 2017I have to confess to that the ending of this first arc left me a bit flat. The big reveal threw out a key element of mystery and I'm not sure that it should have. It seemed to end the arc a bit too neatly as though they didn't expect the series to run past this issue and wanted to wrap the title up neatly in a bow. It lacked the structure of the previous issue. It was still pretty enjoyable, but just didn't have that fizz that the previous issue had. I am eager to find out what happens next, and if you have liked the series up until now you'll want to read this issue. It is, however, a step down from what we've seen up to now. Read Full Review

Nov 07, 2017Elsewhere isnt an offensively bad comic. It never upset me with its mediocrity, but mediocre it still is. It rides a lot of tropes and does nothing exciting with its cool premise. The characters are bland, the dialogue is spotty, and the art is solid but unexciting. I cant recommend this one. Give it a pass. Read Full Review
