  Analog Addiction - Jideobi Odunze

  This story proves to be just as mature as Joe Casey has said it is. For most of this issue things were pretty settle, as settle as they can get, and then the next thing you know people are being battered and torn in half by a new powered guy who looks like a monster. The best thing to come out of this situation is seeing Jasper jump into action and the way he did definitely reminds you of Spider-Man. Read Full Review

  The latest issue hinted that Silver may know not only what is happening to the individuals with powers, but also about the other side seen in the first two issues. She is featured on the cover for #4 so it should be a doozy! If the intrigue supplied by her presence isnt enough to interest you further, just look to the excellent writing and magnificent art in The Bounce #3. Casey and company have crafted an incredible story of real people in unreal situations that has a ring of truth.   Comic Book Nuts - Jef Mendoza

  More down to Earth, gritty Earth actually, superhero story. What makes this issue good is that it shows the reader what is going on while not actually telling the reader directly what is going on. Sure, some of the characters are clich but they all help define the world. The story pacing is good and there doesn't seem to be a dull page. Read Full Review

  But The Bounce wouldn't be half the book it is without its deconstruction attributes. Much the same as Hedwig and the Angry Inch would ring hollow if it didn't address both gender identity and romantic identity in glam rock themes like "Wig in a Box" and "The Origins of Love." The narrative necessities of each story are what make them resonate. I just have to hold off tearing them down before they've confessed their purpose. Read Full Review
