Beautiful, simple art as always, incredible story with a couple of big shocks to leave fans waiting for the next issue. Read Full Review

    Comics Bulletin - Daniel Gehen

    Mar 24, 2015

This issue's rising tension would not have been possible without the art by Jonathan Luna. His style captures the emotions of his cast so well that the reader can easily empathize with them. If there is a hang-up, it's that many of the characters are indistinguishable if not for the coloring, which includes repetitive facial expressions. However, this is a minor quibble in the grand scheme of things. Alex + Ada #13 adds more intrigue and suspense Image's intoxicating romance. Read Full Review

The Latest Pull - Marcus Orchard

    Mar 18, 2015

Alex + Ada #13 is a gripping issue that seems to be changing the status quo for the final arc. There should be a change of setting as Luna and Vaughn begin the final act of their tale. The second trade has also just released, so if you are behind, I highly recommend catching up. Read Full Review

Unleash The Fanboy - John McCubbin

    Mar 17, 2015

Alex + Ada continues to be a dramatically enticing tale, as though the emotionally charged dialogue between the two characters is starting to become a little overbearing, the intense developments make it a series worth following. The climactic twists also leave some speculation leading into the next chapter, with our characters still having a long way to go before living happily ever after. Read Full Review

    Geekality - Thanos T. Theodoropoulos

    Mar 19, 2015

A very intriguing premise and an explosive issue in general. Im actually conflicted, because even though I dont like expository dialogue, thats what helped me understand what was happening (first-time reader). If I factor in my artistic disagreement too, we are dealing with a Very Good and enjoyable issue. 7/10. Read Full Review
