You Don't Read Comics - Russ Bickerstaff
Apr 28, 2026Presumably, the series will start to focus more centrally on the supernatural darkness at the heart of the series starting with the third issue of the series. A delicate balance between realism and supernatural horror has served the series well. There isn’t a whole lot in the substance of the plot that’s terribly original. What makes The Exorcism so fun IS that balance between delightfully stuffy and formal political drama and darker supernatural horror. Fanlight Zone - Richard Coryell
Apr 29, 2026The Exorcism at Buckingham Palace #2 builds up and brings this story to a crescendo all at once. The tragedies that are falling on the Royal family and the country as a whole give this story a dark cloud that the reader can feel. The art matches this tone perfectly and brings another level of eerie to the supernatural portion of the story. Being a penultimate issue the pacing feels a little disjointed but only due to the shortened length of the mini-series. With all that being said this series and issue is very good and is a worthwhile read for any fan of the genre. Grab a copy at the LCS and buckle up for an eerie ride that won’t disappoint.
