Apr 17, 2018The main story was some fantastic storytelling by Paul Allor. He made the political negotiations between the Utroms and Triceratons very engaging and dramatic. Mark Torres and Ronda Pattison delivered some wonderfully detailed art as well. The backup story was the perfect complement to the dramatic main story, as Woody got the spotlight to deliver some pizzas! TMNT Universe #21 is a well-done comic that fills in the gaps from the main ongoing TMNT series and is just a delight to read! Read Full Review

Apr 18, 2018Out of 5 stars I give it a 3.5. It is a tough and complicated story that Allor has undertaken but the payoff could be huge. Even though it took quite a license with reality, I am high on the story and the interior art. The story as a whole was great but the lettering in the beginning was a little off-putting and probably could have been illustrated better. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Universe #21 has three covers: Cover A Regular Freddie E Williams II Cover;Cover B Variant Mark Torres Cover; Cover C Incentive Nathan Greno Variant Cover Read Full Review
