Overall, a very solid start to the mystery. Trixie fans will definitely want to pick this up; her role is great. The setting and character choices are truly unique. If you enjoyed 'MMMystery on the Friendship Express ,' you will love this comic. Read Full Review

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic #21 is a fun story, with the high-quality storytelling I've come to expect from this title. The art and writing work perfectly in tandem to make the story come alive. The story features a mix of main and minor characters, and develops those characters well. This comic, like friendship, is magic. Read Full Review

This cute story is a lot of fun, and sometimes that is just a good thing. Read Full Review

However, there are some good things to be had here. Trixie is back, and shes true to form. I also liked the reappearance of Babs Seed. Theres a police chief pony with a moustache that looks like he should be hidden somewhere in Gotham City, and Applejack does a fine job of looking unimpressed throughout the first few pages. I spent a fair share of the book smiling, despite my gripes. Read Full Review
