Feb 19, 2014Overall, Rulers of Earth #9 is a solid issue It sadly isn't the standout story from the past you're probably expecting. The ‘new' monsters don't really do anything, but the King Caesar/Megalon fight was handled pretty well. While not the best issue, it's another solid one furthering the story.
