Ghostbusters: Answer The Call #2

Once again IDW prove that they can take the Ghostbusters name and really push it to be more than the sum of its parts. After Ghostbusters 101, it was clear to me that the 2016 Ghostbusters characters could actually be written well and free of Hollywood and fan expectations could actually provide excellent stories. Thompson and her creative team have hit the ground running and really helped flesh out the characters and the world they live in, we are seeing their value unencumbered and unrestricted and it really is a marvel. This issue has got plenty of scares and some solid laughs as each character's fears are revealed. The dialogue between characters deserves praise for sounding absolutely authentic, while the visuals capture the visual humor and frights of the film. This is a Ghostbusters adventure for all ages.
