Unleash The Fanboy - Edward
Oct 31, 2012As long as you still don't mind reading about Rory and Amy, now ex-companions in the main continuity, then this all in all is a good issue. Whilst the art style might not please some, with certain panels and close-ups being slightly too plain or lacking detail, the issue itself manages to capture some of the Doctor Who charm. Behind The Panels - Richard Gray
Nov 04, 2012Buckingham's art is gorgeous, and is almost photorealistic, completely capturing the likeness and essence of the three main characters. We look forward to seeing more of this series, although with Diggle off to more mainstream prospects in the near future (namely, the aforementioned Action Comics), we will see Witch Doctor's Brandon Seifert and Tank Girl's Philip Bond on the title next month. Comic Vine - Mat 'Inferiorego' Elfring
Oct 31, 2012DOCTOR WHO 2 is an ok issue. As far as Doctor Who comics, as a whole, go, it's better than the majority. I think this issue, and the first, will lead to much bigger things in this series. Andy Diggle does a phenomenal job here and he really has a great understanding of this world and its characters. I'm very excited to see where this book goes, and I like the idea of a larger arc in this book, much like the television show. Read Full Review
