You Don't Read Comics - Russ Bickerstaff
Nov 01, 2024There are a lot of ideas to develop around the edges of the action. The specific blend of magic and science seems kind of fun, and it would be really interesting to have it integrate better with this lol the adventure. This will be particularly easy as some of the technology being explored is that which only works on villains. Its a clever idea for an explanation for this sort of thing. It wouldnt be difficult to integrate that into the action, directly and more of a direct adventure that didnt realize so heavily on exposition. Read Full Review

Apr 05, 2023SWEETIE: CANDY VIGILANTE #5 is a sugary overload of exposition that fills up the pages, but just like cotton candy, is all fluff and no substance. There is no discernible plot, Sweetie's actions have no apparent motive or direction (other than to make the world a sweet place), and the net result is a bizarre comic that you'll forget as soon as you're done with it.
