As part of his research into novel avenues of scientific villainy (purely theoretical, of course!), Jumba wires Scrump up to a new device designed to turn his enemies into dolls. It's a simple proof-of-concept procedure with no real risks - but considering that Stitch is loose in the lab, maybe Jumba shouldn't have made the button that says "DO NOT PRESS!" quite so big, red, and shiny!
