Aug 03, 2022PROJECT SUPERPOWERS: FRACTURED STATES #5 is a rousing, hopeful, complete finale for a surprisingly good arc. The main characters true identity is a creative surprise, and the art is top-notch. However, the final battle is more exposition than action, making this last issue feel more like a setup for an adventure yet to come rather than a fully-satisfying finale. Read Full Review
