Comics Bulletin - Ray Tate
Jan 30, 2010Carlos Rafael and Carlos Lopez make Buck Rogers very easy on the eyes. Their spectacular artwork enlivens even the deadest of horses. This Buck Rogers/Beneath the Planet of the Apes mash up wouldn't be nearly as entertaining without the depiction of Buck's looks of disbelief, the goofy appearance of the cave dwellers and the ethereal trans-suits earning smart spotlight. Major Spoilers - Stephen Schleicher
Jan 31, 2010After finishing this issue, I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything wrapped. This arc is a nice little story that has Rogers saving the Earth, even though he is on trial for possibly causing the situation the Earth is in to begin with. The art has improved and the action is paced really well. Buck Rogers #8 is a better than average issue and earns a solid 3 out of 5 Stars this month. Read Full Review
