The link to Valentine's seems rather tenuous; Dracula loves Vampi; Vampi loves humans, it doesn't exactly scream Cupid and love hearts. This book would have worked just as well without the day of love tie-in, being how it caters to all the darker aspects of Vampi twinned with the allure of the darkest of big bads. Read Full Review

Really really good book! I do like the way the story was written but the art... cmon! Incredibly different! When I saw the first amount of pages at the preview I thought the art would be done this way until the end, a rough art? Different of the previous issue of Sanapo did but no.... the art keeps progressive, changing, rough to clean! Almost saying to the readers that every page, every panel, every second pass some feeling. At the beginning everything is in chaos! After everything calms down and it reflects in the line work! I do like Dinei colors too! Awesome

If I could describe this issue is only one word it could be surprising. I didn't expect anything of whathappened here! Honestly saying every step of the narrative tends you to believe that something is going to happen that way but Sniegoski and Jeanine do an unexpected turning point that schoks you. The writer's narrative is always hurrying and the art works well at this. Every moment is a tension at this book. Talking about the art crew: I had no clue of Marco Ramos art before but i liked the most! It's very dark, rough at some points otherwise clinically made. The angules, the pages almost have no blank panels and those shadows... did I say I like it? Everything becomes more darkier with Ribeiro's artwork, color and art match perfectly! T he only thing that I didn't like the most was the short boss fight, it could deserve more pages I guess. Essentially, I enjoyed more
