NEW SERIES DEBUT from DSTRLY by JOCK - writing and drawing a creator-owned project for the FIRST TIME!
On an impoverished and distant planet, where menial workers scratch out a living resupplying starships, the best place to be is GONE...and that's exactly where 13-year-old ABI wants to be.
Along with her street-tough friends, Abi stows away on a colossal luxury space-liner for a chance at a better life. Unbeknownst to her, some of her "friends'' are not who they seem. Abi suddenly finds herself branded a saboteur as she desperately struggles to evade the ship's deadly crew and to stay alive!

Oct 25, 2023DSTLRYs first issue of Devils Cut may have showcased writers and artists, but this premiere series for the publisher is certainly setting a high standard for what's to come from the company. Im a big believer in creator owned content because of the possibilities they provide and I am happy to say Jock isnt just going to be known for his art, but also for his writing. Read Full Review

It's an unfair and brutal world, but at its core, we focus on a young girl with a spark and hope to live on. The story feels a little too simple for its own good, but I'm hopeful the world-building opens up in the next issue. Read Full Review

Oct 25, 2023While Gone #1's visuals are as strong as anyone familiar with Jock's work would expect, its vagaries fail to build a setting readers can believe in, leaving much of the issue's narrative scaffolding feeling like half-formed thoughts in Jock's mind. Read Full Review

After building anticipation for weeks after the release of their debut release The Devil's Cut, this week marks the debut issue for DSTLRY's first limited series. It's definitely a momentous occasion and marks a turning point in the shift towards creator-owned projects, but while The Devil's Cut showed the publisher could put out a high quality one-shot there were still questions on if that could translate into engaging and entertaining stories which continuously delivered the same level of intensity issue-after-issue. Gone was initially teased back in August in "Stowaway," Jo more
