The creative team is doing a pretty good job of writing a comic book with a classic feel and with class themes, they just don't seem to be writing a Wonder Woman book. I hope to see Diana taking an active role in her own book again. Read Full Review

If you want to see what Diana and Jason spent all of last issue talking about in a origin style story for Jason then maybe this issue is for you.  Personally, I find it frustrating as hell because every time this arc picks up momentum, a flashback issue comes along and slams on the brakes.  The art in this issue is decent, but since I knew pretty much everything in this issue from what we read in the last up until the cliffhanger, I found this to be quite disappointing. I don't need sudden relations of Diana's to show up in order to make me care about the plot " I'm already invested in what's going to happen to her and the world she's fighting so hard to protect. Sometimes simpler is better; I just wish more authors could see that. Read Full Review

The best thing about this issue is the lush Lupacchino art, which does a great job showing off the hidden world of the Amazons. Unfortunately, it's all in service of a script that's probably the weakest of the entire series. Read Full Review

This is a boring issue. The art is strong and worth taking a look at, but nothing else really lands. Nothing happens in this that is essential to the story so far; we learn nothing. How the mighty have fallen...it's quite remarkable how much the quality of this series has gone down over the past several months since Greg Rucka left. His 25 issue run was simply wonderful...no pun intended. But it really was though. Diana was beautifully written along with Steve and Etta. I loved his version of Cheetah and Veronica Cale he made both of them into tragic and complex characters. Anyway, like many people have been saying this doesn't feel at all like a Wonder Woman book because she's barely in it. Her brother really is the main character it should be called Jason of the Argonauts featuring Wonder Woman. I'm going to stick around because I do love the character so much and the artwork is good and there are somewhat interestin g ideas here and there. I do think James Robinson is talented but hopefully he gets his act together soon. more

another issue without Wonder Woman in it. I wonder if the new writer realizes what book he's on? Hey I have an idea! Maybe he can go write Deadpool! And Deadpool wouldn't be in it. Just Spider-Man. Then maybe it would be worth reading! Better than THIS garbage.
