    This series embraces its Wildstorm roots, with Jackson King's secret Stormwatch team being rather unfamiliar to anyone who only followed the many recent reinventions. The first two issues here have mostly been setting up the central conflict, but now both sides have their armies and war is coming. I'm not sure the two parts of this concept quite work together fully, but it has been highly entertaining to watch the creative team try. Read Full Review

    Waller vs. Wildstorm #2 is an intriguing issue that keeps things focused and on a small scale in a way. It has far more in common with dramas than action but leaves readers wanting to know more as the issue builds to a solid finale. Read Full Review

    The trouble with conspiracy stories is that they require a lot of context to be understood; what's clear by the end of Waller Vs. Wildstorm #2 is that this miniseries is ramping up to be an excellent conspiracy tale and the context required to appreciate it is finally established by the final few pages. Read Full Review

    It feels like Ackerman and Narcisse have created a world that they've just dropped us in the middle of. They name drop a lot of people, and places with next to no explanation.Why is everyone afraid of the Weatherman? Who was the previous Cybernary pilot? There are just a lot of unanswered questions.
