How it does seem Manapaul changes this usual idea, is it seems that the viruses that banded to the Justice League actually need help and to be rescued from that other alien, as opposed to it being the other way around and it seems that the alien could possibly be lying. It's a fun issue, fast paced and action packed. Not much time for any depth of characterization, though Manapul's dialogue still manages to evoke the different heroes very well, and the Flash gets a strong moment of nobility. Read Full Review

Say what you must, but I enjoyed this issue! As a fan of creature features and superheroes, I'm loving this. It's friendly and fun, and hopefully, we'll get back to the deeper themes between the Trinity. My only complaint is that I would love to see more chemistry between the three. Read Full Review

Any book featuring Batman, Wonder Woman and Superman instantly garners attention as well as high expectations. So far, this has been an enjoyable comic. Trinity is proving to be a welcome edition to the DC family. Read Full Review

Despite the fantastic art and striking conclusion this issue seems to be biding its time for the next issue to offer some heroics worth rooting for. As it stands, this issue takes a bad situation and makes it worse, but doesn't add a lot to the story making this issue skippable. Read Full Review

Despite the clean art, which is the only highlight of the book, I forgot if I was reading Trinity or Justice League, as both books seem like carbon copies of each other. The plot always seems to be the same: an alien invasion threatens Earth and it's up to Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman to save the world. I'm ready for something new. Read Full Review

Very beautiful art and an interesting premise for a story that has odd turns and very odd villains. I think Manapul's writing and art would be more impactful if so many breaks had not been made within his run, but altogether I enjoy this book.
