It took a while to get here, but its here at last. From its creepy-as-Hell cover to the final surprise of the conclusion, this is a solid read. Millar and Plunkett and rest of the team did themselves proud. If you missed any of the sold-out issues, keep hoping that DCs not lying when they say this will be released as a trade. This issue takes a sharp left turn in to utter garbage around 3/5 in. The ending runs contradictory to the rest of series and completely drops the ball in the homestretch of an otherwise greatly written story. It becomes flat adoration of Monarchism with the ending.
